Inner Happiness- EndogenousWould it be helpful to know; there are two types of happiness: exogenous and endogenous. One kind of happiness is sustainable, while the other is flitting. Sadly it is the happiness that does not last which is the one we put most our efforts towards finding.
But the difference is simple, one comes from inside us and the other comes from our outside circumstance. This video will help you find your inner happiness, and bring it where ever you go every day all day. |
"I Think I Can" Is WRONGCute story but the strategy is all wrong. Once you understand the patterns of thinking that best create a sense of flow, you will see that telling yourself "I Think I Can" will not work to create happiness. "Positive thoughts" like what we see in the Little Engine That Could can even produce more unhappiness than happiness.
A better approach is to focus on positive intentions. Positive intentions better fit the patterns of thought increases happiness. Intentions focus on our goals, and not our abilities, thereby avoiding self-doubt. Our intentions also pull us toward our desires instead of pushing us, hence avoiding internal conflict. |

There is NO HappinessThe thought that there is no thing called happiness is a bit confusing to think about, because happiness is felt, but it is not exactly a single feeling.
I find it useful to think of water when I think of happiness. Water is not something really. It is the liquid state of H2O. Happiness in the same way is a collection of feelings and experiences, but not just a feeling. It is better described as a state of being. Who we are is made up of 4 parts: our mind, body, emotions, and consciousness. When all the parts of our being are working well we are in a state of well-being or flow (happiness). When the parts of us are not working well, or not functioning, we are in a state of disfunction or collapse (unhappiness). PATTERNING (SM) brings all these parts of your being into alignment. Thereby, creating a state of well-being or happiness. |
